Question 1

What types of synthetic leather does JiangXin manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We manufacture three material families: biobased synthetic leather with plant-derived content, RCS-certified recycled synthetic leather with traceable recycled content, and eco-friendly PU synthetic leather produced with solvent-free and water-based systems. All are designed for footwear, handbags, apparel and accessories.

Question 2

How is biobased content in synthetic leather verified?

Accepted Answer

Biobased content refers to the share of carbon in a material that comes from renewable plant sources instead of fossil feedstock. It is commonly measured by radiocarbon analysis according to ASTM D6866, the method behind the USDA Certified Biobased Product label. Ask our team for the test data that applies to the article you are sourcing.

Question 3

Can you support RCS chain-of-custody documentation for brand programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our RCS-certified product line is produced under the Recycled Claim Standard chain of custody, so certified orders can be supported with the documentation brands need, such as transaction certificate applications through the certification body.

Question 4

Which compliance tests can your synthetic leather meet for export?

Accepted Answer

Our compliance solution is built to help materials meet common export and brand-entry requirements, including EU REACH, RoHS, 6P phthalate-free requirements, OEKO-TEX and GRS/RCS. Requirements differ by market and brand restricted substance list, so share your RSL during sampling.

Question 5

What is JiangXin's production capacity?

Accepted Answer

Our factory in Yingde, Guangdong covers 135,733 square meters and delivers an annual output of more than 16 million meters of synthetic leather, supporting more than 300 clients in over 50 countries.

Question 6

Which functional properties can be customized?

Accepted Answer

Performance can be tailored for wear resistance, scratch resistance, cold resistance, flame retardancy, antibacterial performance, waterproof and moisture-proof behavior, and anti-fouling, depending on the end application.
